He Qianghua,born in shanghai,china in 1960, is a water colour artist.His art works were selected for the China and Shanghai Art Exhibition many times.He was awarded the Prize of Excellence in the 2nd China Water Colour Painting Exhibition and in the 2000 Shanghai Water Colour Art Exhibition. His artworks are sought after by collectors in Europe and America.Now he's a member of the China Art Association and the Shanghai Artist Association.
